That's not surprising, but that list sure is. Dodge, Kia, Chevy are 1, 2, 3


VW and Jeep ahead of Honda, Toyota, and Subaru?

Then again, it's "initial quality" which is any problem with "infotainment, features, controls and displays, exterior, interior, powertrain, seats, driving experience, climate, and (new for 2020) driving assistance" without counting "I can't figure out the voice recognition" differently from "the engine doesn't start".
